Maid of Honor Uchenna Ejike-Nwogu

My dearest, darling sister... What can I say? I remember vividly the night you were born. I was so excited to have a sister, and you have kept the excitement alive in a myriad of ways. You are so beautiful, intelligent, witty, the list can go on and on. Your most important contribution to my life is teaching me how to dress and for that, I am forever indebted to you. Lol. Thank you for being the best little sister I could never have dreamed of. I love you!

Nwamaka Ngoddy

The first memory I have of Amaka was from the tender age of 4 at a party at her home. Someone was picking on me, and Amaka came to my defense yelling not to mess with her best friend. She's been my best friend ever since. You're so skilled and passionate about so many wonderful things, but I treasure your honesty and kind heart the most. The world needs more people like you, and I'm so glad you're in my life.

Tabitha Mayhew

I love that no matter how often or infrequent we speak, whenever we do it's full of laughter and love. You're such a gentle soul, and a true gem of a friend. You're always down to help and always down for a good time, which both of us love. We've been ride or die since 1998, and 18 year later (geez!), I'm so excited to be riding into this new stage in our lives together.

Chidimma Abanulo

Another dear childhood friend, weekends (or weeks) at your house are memories I'll never forget. As we have grown up, you have been someone to look up to and seek advice from. I'm so happy you did this before me because our conversations and your reassurance have been invaluable. You're so gorgeous inside and out, and I'm lucky to have you as a lifelong, trusted friend.

Chigozie Obiekwe

How many women are blessed enough to have 3 friends that have actively been in their lives for 95% of it? Like Amaka and Chidi, you have been such an amazing friend and source of inspiration. Your love and trust in God is something I truly admire, and it pushes me to be a better Christian, friend, daughter, sister, wife and mother (to-be). You are a truly blessed person, and I'm happy you've been able to send some of your blessings my way.

Eshovo Amune

The number of years known doesn't speak to the deepness or importance of a friendship. The true testament to this friendship is although I haven't known you as long as I've known the others, I feel like we've been friends since birth. Your smile and sense of humor have been a valuable addition, and I know exactly who to call when I need an ear to vent or a pick me up.

Jessica Nwakah

My sweet Jessica... You have always been a genuine soul, You won my heart forever during the time I lost my grandmother. Not only were you a concerned and steadfast friend, you sent flowers to my family and those flowers sat in our kitchen and brought a little brightness during a sad time. You care for me and my family, and I could not ask for more in a true friend.

Adaobi Nwaneshiudu

To my new sister, we have quite a bit in common, and we're traversing similar paths in life right now. It's going to be very exciting navigating these new roads and bouncing ideas off of each other. I'm so blessed to have found your brother and married into such a lovely family.
